I've always dreamed vividly and often. For the last year, I can't remember my dreams. But, lately, I've been having those dreams again. My life is good, no big troubles. Anyone have an idea why I'm remembering my dreams again?

The simple answer is that when we drink alcohol, particularly to excess, we are not really sleeping, hence we are not dreaming. This is the reason why eventually people suffer from "delerium tremens" which are waking hallucinations caused by prolonged lack of quality sleep. Now that you are sleeping soundly, you are free to dream and thankfully heal. Love you sister.

Thanks! I don't drink hardly at all, but before the time change, I wasn't sleeping much. After the time change, I've been sleeping all the time. Maybe now I'm getting the needed sleep to produce quality dreams.
